KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Design and deliver training modules on the client’s services.
  • Assess training needs and develop curriculum.
  • Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with HR and department heads to identify skill gaps.
  • Keep training content up-to-date with industry trends.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • With over five (5) years of experience in training management, preferably in the telecom industry.
  • Strong communication and instructional design skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
