Training Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver training modules on the client’s services.
- Assess training needs and develop curriculum.
- Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness.
- Collaborate with HR and department heads to identify skill gaps.
- Keep training content up-to-date with industry trends.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Human Resources, or a related field.
- With over five (5) years of experience in training management, preferably in the telecom industry.
- Strong communication and instructional design skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
